Summer
Summer brings the Adopt-A-Lot program. Once the tulip bulbs have been removed, the beds are turned over to 30 neighborhood volunteers, who replant the beds with annuals. Stratford Green provides the flats, water and mulch. The rest is up to the local residents. This program extends the blooming season for the gardens into the fall, when the annuals are replaced by the next year's tulip bulbs
